I was gutted to have missed out on the start of their inventory blowout sale as I missed out on some of the sets I had hoped to get my hands on this year but I did manage to get a really good selection of super cute sets which I&#8217;m super excited to use! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wasn&#8217;t sure how I felt when I heard that they were switching to card kits as I know I will miss out at some point given that I have to go for the higher price point in order to qualify for shipping to the uk. But that having been said their very first July kit looked amazing and after seeing Cristy Gets Crafty&#8217;s YouTube videos I knew I had to have it! And it honeslty doesn&#8217;t disappoint! You get a lot for you money in both stamps and dies and the images are as cute as ever, I mean who knew that they needed a surfing orangutang in their life! For this card I used the big wave scene builder die to create a fairly quick and easy background for my surfing critters, I cut it from white card then used yellow Copic markers for the sun and Distress Oxides for the sky and sea, popping all of the bits back in like a puzzle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stamped and coloured the images with my Faber Castell Polychromos using Gamsol and blending stumps to smooth them out. I finished their eyes and noses with a black Sakura Glaze pen and I used Glossy Accents on the panda&#8217;s sunglasses.
